Scope of Work: Horwath HTL was hired to conduct an executive training and development program for the Strategic Events Team to maximize cost savings when contracting and negotiating off site events.

Description of Project: Our office developed and conducted an all day training workshop with strategies for F&B negotiations with hotels and cost savings strategies. The strategies presented to the executives helped the team understand hotels, their markets and seasonality as well as on how to negotiate catering sales in the current environment. We identified revenue management strategies that are advantageous to both parties, and provided information on current trends, changes and opportunities within the industry.
