Scope of Work: Horwath HTL was hired to conduct an executive training and development program with an emphasis on marketing for the Atlanta based hotel brokerage firm.

Description of Project: Our office instructed brokers and associates on different strategies to help with the marketing of an asset or hotel when conducting presentations to potential buyers and clients. The strategies presented to the brokers included: finding the upside in the property or asset, utilizing financials and STR reports, what to evaluate during a property visit, and how to interview a General Manager.
